SKT INFRAPROJECTS is into infrastructure development with a humble start in January 2009 by entrepreneur Shri Suneet Kumar Todi who has got 10 years of exposure in infrastructure field under BRAHMAPUTRA GROUP right from the grass root level to the Director of the company looking after complete Business Development, Tendering, Financial Management and Operations of all major projects of the group. During his tenure Brahmaputra Group has grown from a mere 60 Million turnover to 3000 Million Group and work in hand of more than 10000 Million. He was responsible for executing all major joint ventures for the group and ensuring the group's presence in all major infrastructure tenders like: Roads & Highways, Bridges, Power Sector, Airports, Building & Mining. He was part of the core management team of the company taking major management decisions including financials. Under his leadership 3 major branch offices were opened viz, Kolkata, Koldam (Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh), Mumbai and Lucknow. He was directly looking after the major and varied types of projects as Project Director too. The major Projects tendered and undertaken by him were:
1. Land Development of New Township Project at Rajarhat in Action Area 1C (for about 22.5 Ha), Kolkata under Mackintosh Burn Ltd. - Project Cost 80 Millions - Period 1999 to 2001.
2. Land Development of New Township Project in AA- 1C, 1D (for about more than 25 Ha) at Rajarhat, Kolkata directly under West Bengal Housing and Infrastructure Development Corporation (WBHIDCO) - Project Cost 84 Millions - Period 2002 to 2005.
3. Land Development of New Township Project at Rajarhat in Action Area 1D (for about 25 Ha), Kolkata under Hindustan Steel Constructions Co. Ltd. (HSCL) - Project Cost 78 Millions - Period 2002 to 2005.
4. Land Development of New Township Project at Rajarhat in AA 1D (for about 26 Ha), Kolkata under Tantia Construction Company Ltd. - Project Cost 85 Millions - Period 2002 to 2006.
5. Land Development with compaction and borrowed earth in Action Area III (246 Ha Part) of New Township Project, Rajarhat, Kolkata under WBHIDCO - Project Cost 224 Million, Period Dec 2005 to 2008.
6. Construction of Noida - Greater Noida Express Highway Pkg VI A & VI B under IRCON International Ltd. - Project Cost 210 Million (in JV with Progressive Group, Hyderabad) Period 2001 to 2005.
7. Excavation of Power House for Koldam Hydro Power Project (Himachal Pradesh, Dist. Bilaspur) under Ital-Thai Development Co. Ltd., Thailand (Principal Client NTPC) - Project Cost 185 Million - Period 2003 to 2005.
8. Excavation of surface Power House & Tail Pool for Subansiri Lower (Arunachal & Assam Border) Hydro Electric Power Project under Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Chennai (Principal Client NHPC) - Project Cost 600 Million - Period 2004 to 2007.
9. Production of carbonaceous shale (CS) & removal of Hard Shale (HS) in accordance with requirement of safety regulations and transportation of coal to the railway siding at Tikak - West, Assam - Project Cost 556 Million (in JV with National Construction Co., Bhuj) - Period 2005 to 2008.
10. Widening & Construction of AKLR from Sakinaka to LBS including Jarimari and Kale Road Pkg. 6 of ASIDE Roads under Mumbai Urban Infrastructure Project (Principal Client MMRDA) - Project Cost 147 Millions (in JV with M/s. Kamal Builders, New Delhi) - Period Feb 2004 to 2006 (The contract was foreclosed at almost half the contract amount due to non-availability of working area)
11. Widening & Construction of Western Express Highway from Aarrey Flyover NE to Times of India NE - Pkg- 6 of WEH under MUIP (Principal Client MMRDA) - Project Cost 320 Millions (in JV with M/s. Kamal Builders, New Delhi) - Period June 2004 to 2007.
12. Widening and Strengthening of existing NH from 2 lane to 4 lane from Km. 1040.30 of Nalbari to Bijni section of NH-31 in Assam on East West Corridor under Phase II program of NHDP - Project Cost 1825 Millions (in JV with DRA Infracon Pvt. Ltd., Deesa ) - Period 2005 to 2009. (This was the biggest project in company's history and boost for the company where Mr. S. K. Todi got the minimum criterion of tender relaxed for minor partners in JV by representation to the Ministry of Roads & Highways, Chairman of NHAI on behalf of North East Contractors enabling Brahmaputra Group to get qualified for the tender without having any major experience in Highways / Expressway till then and bag this major contract under his able guidance and competition of more 56 major contractors of India).
13. Construction & Extension of Runway(320 Mtrs), Apron and Link Taxiway for LGBI Airport, Guwahati - Assam under Airport Authority of India - Project Cost 552 Millions (in JV with DRA Infracon Pvt. Ltd., Deesa) - Period Dec 2006 to 2008.
14. Construction of Auditorium at CIDCO N5, New Aurangabad including Art Gallery and multipurpose hall (Principal Client CIDCO, Navi Mumbai) - Period Feb 2007 to Oct 2008 (It was state of the art auditorium inaugurated by the then Hon'ble CM of Maharashtra, Shri Vilasroa Deshmukh) - Project Cost 150 Million (This was the first major Commercial & Theatre Building in the History of Brahmaputra Group)
15. Construction of New Terminal Building including Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing & BMS at Amousi Airport, Lucknow - Principal Client AAI - Project Cost 846 Millions - Period Oct 2007 to 2009.
All the above projects were tendered, bid, accounted and executed under the leadership and personal monitoring and supervision of Mr. S. K. Todi. Apart from the above two major contracts bagged under his leadership and tendering skills were Yamuna Expressway from Jaypee Group (Project Cost 3260 Millions) and Bogibeel Guide Bandh Project under NF Railway, Gauhati (Project Cost 920 Millions in JV with SMS Infrastructure Ltd., Nagpur).

Mr. S K Todi has got the support letters (copy enclosed) from various companies in infrastructure sector who are ready to give their credentials to the company for Joint Venture or on B2B contracts and because of this immediately within 4 months of starting the new company he has been able to manage a direct contract worth 175 million from India's one of the pioneer construction company - M/s Shapoorji & Pallonji Ltd. And also the company has bagged contract worth INR 85 million on B2B from M/s. Allied Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. for Railway Bridge in Easter Railway. M/s. Allied Infrastructure is a 20 year old company working with Indian Railways has a long term tie up with our company for B2B / JV contracts wherever their support is required
